I fixed the title. Considering I believe the Slave Amendments have ZERO to do with anchor babies I really don't care if they are denied welfare services. Birthrights are passed from their parents to their children and so should their illegality.

Yeah....I actually have a POC b-i-l whose girlfriend is pregnant, he has a visa and is coming here to have the kid born in the States.
