That injury looks bad, really bad. He's probably out for the year. Let's just pray that he can recover, for his sake.

I know we all hope he'll play football again, let's just pray he makes a full recovery.

What does TP injury do to us?

Do we use it as a positive, or does it cripple us on offense enough to lose games. I think we will use it for positive, what do you say?

If there is a way to put a positive spin on it, it would be that if we had a position we could afford to lose a player at, it's Receiver.

On the negative side, you can never replace a player like Tyrone Prothro.

In the end, we'll be allright. Let's just pray Prothro makes it through okay.

This team has been through a lot. I'm willing to bet they know how to handle it as individuals and young men. The team will not have as many experienced options coming from one player that Prothro offered.

Prothro is an outstanding athlete and football player.

Here's to a speedy recovery...

Best wishes for Tyrone

Hey Tides, haven't been around in awhile, but I wanted to let y'all know I'm thinking about TP and he's in my prayers. That was the worst injury I've seen since watching a replay of Theisman's leg break. :( Too bad that such a great win is going to be overshadowed, but it was good to see him celebrate a bit when he got up and point upward like he's saying it's ok guys, God's watching over me, keep on going.

I've got a hole in my belly...2 feet wide. I'm so very happy and proud of this team, and I do have to say that we can proudly claim we are in the National title hunt.....

But....how much does it suck to lose Tyrone...???

How long does it take for a broken ankle to heal???

Is there a Silver Lining in that it insures that he comes back next year instead of bolting to the NFL???

And to all of the people questioning if he was as good as Palmer....

Oh yes.....he is!!

I'm sick to my stomach

They played so good from start to finish and I'm so proud of them and to see how happy they were makes me want to tear up and cry. And then there's Pro :frown: My heart breaks for him. I saw a close up of his face and almost cried. I saw his face before I saw the replay and I just knew. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.

It sure does make it harder to beat the Viles/LSU/Auburn
I respectfully disagree. The momentum, efforts and determination of this BAMA squad will shock more teams.

ROLL TIDE and say a prayer for Prothro
