The "Let 'er rip" quote that Les made before OU/OSU in '03 was priceless. He had no idea that he was about to get his butt handed to him. His quotes after last year's loss were priceless too. "I'll take this team around and play any sucker in this country." Gotta love his quotes...Roll Tide!

Lol he'd probably pretend he'd never heard of Alabama. He's heard of Oklahoma though, heh heh. Let's see another third quarter 77-spot. :D

I watched his interview on ESPN News Today, I truly don't think he has a clue what this game is all about! I hope we beat his pants off, cause I really want to see his face when Rammer Jammer kicks up!!!

I can only hope CLM gets caught up in all the hype the media is spewing, & doesn't really understand what he's walking into this weekend. LSU seems to be a team playing at about 75%, & far too dependent on talent alone to get them by (IMO, this is the reason for the inconsistency). Wheather that is the case, or not, they should be prepared for Bama's best effort of the year, in our house, which WILL be rockin'!

Hey Tidefans....Some of you may remember me, a while back I used to post as DPLSU.

Anyway, Wishbone, first of all I know coach Miles and his family, his son plays on my football team and he is far from weird...so what personal knowledge have you seen first hand to make that kind of statement?

As for his coaching ability...in his four years at OSU, he was 2 and 2 against the Sooners. What other coach can make that claim? He may well have been 3 and 1 if it wasn't for a missed field goal to tie the game in 2004. He beat you in NORMAN in 2001 when you were ranked #4 and he beat you in 2002, making it the 5th win in 8 years for OSU over the Sooners.

So, I guess with those stats against OU, why would you want him back in Stillwater?

Good luck Tide...you've had an incredible season and I can't wait until Saturday. I'm feel pretty confident about the game...hate to make predictions but my gut says it'll be LSU.

On the other hand, you are having the kind of season that is in some ways very similar to the 2003 LSU National Championship season....playing great defense, making plays when you need to, and getting some good breaks.

I guess we'll see....
