It's finally here Big Brother 8. I thought I would start a thread for all you Big Brother addicts and a place where I can ban all the thread hijackers. ;)

Stay tuned for Pirate Masters following the show mate's.

My hubby and I watched it - definitely an interesting show. Red, if I had showtime I may have taped it to see what it is about but we only have basic cable so I won't be watching it

I'm not sure how I feel about the people yet - I know Nick is a definite jock :rolleye2:

Jessica and Carol, pass the whipped cream please.

Joe, get your sex related diseased body out of the house. Too gay even for reality TV. I like the funny gay people this one is 100% trash.

Eric, wash your mouth out with draino. America's choice and what a tool. I will call him hand saw.

Dick, make a few friends and you might last longer.

Kail, how can all your businesses do without you all summer?

Nick is playing the shy guy with the girls.

Dustin is the funnier of the two gay tools.

Zach isn't as big of a jerk as I expected.

Jen, shut up and I might warm up to you.

Jameka, what do you mean you aren't used to being around all these white people did you think you were casting for a Tarzan movie?

I watched about 30 minutes of BB after dark on Showtime II. Maybe it's something America wants him to do but he did not make one sentence without using the F word. My wife asked what kind of a jerk talks like that all the time? He was the only one doing it.

And that pot of slop Jameka was cooking in the kitchen. It was at least a 12 quart stock pot with what looked like oatmeal. They didn't have enough people in the house to eat that much oatmeal and if it wasn't oatmeal I don't think there was anyone in the house brave enough to eat what it was. She was the only one I saw get a plate of it and she had to rake it from her plate into a skillet to cook it some more LOL. She can't be much of a soul food cook.

OIC, I guess I would have had to have watched the after dark! Thanks!

I will agree that are a lot of tools on this season. The show seemed awkward for some reason. I didn't seem to like any of them frankly. Except for maybe Nick, he seems to have the least level of toolness about him. The whole "surprise here some people you know" bit was a little lame too, but maybe it will be more important as the game progresses. The America's player thing is pretty cool, though, hopefully it is as cool as it sounds.

Gotta agree with you except for your opinion about Nick. He seems a little strange to me. My early purely shot in the dark prediction...Daniele wins it.
