Well I think the time has come for me to do something about my ex-wife and her shananniguns. Im just a country boy living out here on my little piece of property with some tires and appliances and other nick-nack for sale, trying to make an honest buck where I can. See, she kicked me out of our house a little over 2 years ago – right before Chrismas, and after I had alreddy bought the kids some presents and bought her some earrings and new sheer see through underwear – you know, to spice up our romance. And I bought an installed a new dishwasher too. Some thanks I got! By her kicking me out of my own damn house.Well now I have to pay her $800 month support for our kids and I have had to pick up a parttime job down at a gun and ammo store just to make ends meet. You don't think I have to swallow my pride going in there as a successful buasinees man and selling guns to all rthese rednecks what come in – and a lot of them are Auburn people I figure. Some of them know me and give me that look when they come in – I just have to be honest wikth them and tell them truth. I have hunted with these boys since we was kids. My wife has took in a young fellow from her office and her damn bosses don't even know about it. And that kind of office romance is stictly prohibitted against their company policys. I got a good mind to call them and tell them that she is livinig in sin with this punk who also works at the same place. I know who her bosses are and don't think for a Ney York minute that I ain't inclined to do it. She got a tax refund check of near $2800. It was $2798.50 to be exact. And she won't even let me claim one of the kids on my taxes as a writeoff. I'm a little bit behind on my support payments, but not by much. And she's had the lawyers calling me threatening to lock me up if I don't get caught up. I keep 2 $100 bills in my wallet in case they come and arrest me again for bail money. She has over $11,000 in her cjecking account and she's sucking $800 from me every month and I know damn well she ain't spending that much money on the kids. And if that punk is contributing to the bills she has got money hand over fist. Last weekend she spent $48.52 at the liquor store on her debit card and she spent another $75 and change at Red Lobster up in Birmingham, probably wining and dining her punk from work. I know what her debit card purchases are and it burns me up.

mine put one of dem dar hexes on me. I see gostes purt near all da time now.
i dont mind the gostes so much cuz she cut my surspenders off all my overhauls and theys falls to the flo and it sceerd the gostes such that theys wont get close to me.

I think it's time to take her and her boyfriend to court. Charge him with "Alienation of affections", her with adultery, and have them both served at their place of work. Not only will your wife and her boytoy get the message, but her bosses will surely take action against both of them for violation of company policy. I doubt either will be employed there very much longer. :biggrin2:

Punk fellow she done took up with is one of them. I call him Fishing Lure cause the feelow has so much metal stuck in his nose and lips that hed make a mighty good fishing lure.

Fishing lure boy takes my younguns to the dog races. I aint never had much for the gaming and I dont want my kids brung up around such and specially not with a punk with tats on his neck and fishing lures all in his face. Them is my kids and I pay my supprt on time judge says so.

I hear they got a new video game machine. I suspect with the money i sent for food and rent.

I will pay for this mitsake for a long long time

Yes she did throw me out. I am quite a number of years older than she is and we was married for just a little over 10 years. She thinks that if I die she will get Social security money on my behalf. I am healthy as a horse even thought I lost a lot of weight from nerves when she threw me out.

It has not been fun and all the money she has poring in is what galls me.

i dont much get into the politics but I know what I beleive. I saw the quote from Lester Maddox and I thought it matched what I beleive. There is rich poor black white red and all else. Mr. Maddux was for the little man and I know some folks say he was a racist or whatevr and i know he didn't have a biggoted bone in his body. Theres a lot of peop,le who think the same way I do about mr. Maddux. I bought my boy a gokart and the man is bringing it over tomorrow. I have my boy this week end and i am going to surprise him with it. I cant wait to see my exe's look on her face when i take my boy back on sunday and he says mamma guess what Daddy bought me a gokart! She will be madder than a wet hen - which she is sometimes.

So you are saying that you are struggling to pay for child support and yet you were able to buy your son a go kart? Did you win the lottery or something?

Ill give you some advice. Ive been through something like this. (minus all the gun shops, fishing lures, red lobster debit card receipts, go karts. video game machines and what not). The best thing you can do is let it go. You cant control what she does or who she does it with. You cant go through court proceedings, trying to get people fired or in trouble. You have to remember that no matter what happens, she is still the mother of your kids, and whatever you do to try and hurt her will probably end up hurting your kids.

The only thing you can control is what you do. Pay your child support. See your kids as often as possible. Try and provide a stable and safe environment for your kids when they are with you. Dont bad mouth their mother in front of them. Dont grill them trying to find out what she is doing. Just let it go.. Try to be the best father you can under the circumstances.

are you sure the kids are even yours. she was probably ho'in around with one of your friends and just never told you. id go on maury and get a paternity test.
