I could see him doing it. He is always pushing back against the system. He wanted to before, so why not. Its a small risk.......but still a risk.

You may be right. It would be in line with Kiffin's brassiness to try it. I think it would actually look pretty neat if they did. I liked it when UCLA and USC did it. Makes for a great contract in color on the field.

If I'm not mistaken, it's not a penalty assessed on the kickoff, as it's not a dead-ball foul, but rather it's assessed on the first play after each kick of each half. IOW, if we kick off to them, they take a touchback, they would start from their 10 instead of their 20 (half the distance to the goal). Likewise, tack on 15 yards to any return we get...

Once again, if we have a team more worried about what color jersey they have on, we've already won the game. Football is a mental game, and their heads are not focused on what matters. If their minds are more focused on "not minding their daddy" when he told them they couldn't wear that shirt to school today, maybe it will calm them from their fears of knowing that there's a bully in the schoolyard waiting for them.
Ugh, I think the orange pants look worse than the jerseys. lol:biggrin: I think you may be on to something though. I could see them doing that, but I don't think they will take the penalty for the jerseys.
I think Auburn should come out in green and day-glo yellow like the Oregon Ducks for the Iron Bowl this year. Maybe that will help them win. (Tongue planted firmly in cheek)
