They really do. I think CNS rates our OL a little different than most, as he almost always takes several 3* guys every year and 1 4*-5*. I don't think it is from a lack of interest, I think it is the staffs personal ranking system. We got Latua from all the way in Cali
 
CS: I assume this signing pretty much puts Bama at the top of the list on the rankings around the country for the top class. I recall Jess' article seemed to think his signing would pretty much sew it up.

Over the last few days Kouandjio turned to his fan support on Facebook to help guide him in the right direction said Jean-Claude.

"So, now where do you turn to? He turned to Facebook. He had about 3,500 messages in two days. So it was overwhelming. He told me today you know what, "even though I wasn't sure, I got my fans to help me make my choice. The decision of people who want me to go to Alabama is overwhelming."

Well Bama was the top class in the Rivals.com Team Recruiting Rankings prior to Cyrus Kouandjio's signing today. Bama was also near the top of the other sites rankings so those could change but that remains to be seen.
 
And that's a wrap on the 2011 recruiting class, folks. We'll be savoring for this one for many years to come.

Alabama will give you all the support you need to become not only a great NFL football player, but a education man as well. Study hard, play hard and enjoy your college life.
