Absolutely massive get here. If he holds true, he'll be one of the top or three players in this class for us, perhaps even higher.

We'll have to see what he says about visits before we know how solid of a commitment he is, but even so the news itself is huge. To go get a guy like this out of a non-traditional recruiting area is a huge coup.

I think letting Sims go with no restrictions may pay big dividends for us. Now kids know if something happens back home and they need to get closer we will not stop them.

He's originally from Alabama. But even so, Alabama has laid a lot of ground work recruiting the D.C./Baltimore/Northern Virginia area under Coach Saban. It's really starting to pay off.

Hard to say with like 5 defensive recruits committed. This is actually a much better offensive group overall. Now, sign up Nkemduiche, M. Thomas, and a guy like Bell or Matthews and now we are looking at history in the making.

I believe he was referencing with the additions that should commit down the road like Nkem and A Conner and so on.

Agreed. At this time this class is more loaded on offense, but like you say add a few more of these defensive guys it will be "history". This overall class if it continues "roll"ing will make history. Huge pick-up and welcome Johathan.

If we get Nkemduiche, then we'll have 3 of the top 7 Defensive players in the country, I don't think that's ever been done. Plus we're still in the top 5 for a lot of other top talented defensive players, like Hargreaves III and Montravius Adams, both of whom are in the top 5 of all players nationally, and others...

This could be huge for us for players like we're waiting on, and like what has been said this is shaping up to be one sick class and a monster one! With him being originally from Anniston it seems his dream was to play for Bama so that's another plus! I'll take it!
