Jansen: I spoke to Jameis a few minutes ago. He and his parents were satisfied
Jansen: Clearly the woman consented to any activities took place. Her story doesn't add up
Jansen asked how he would characterize Winston's behavior having sex with someone he didn't know... That really happened
Jansen: I think justice was served today. I wish Meggs would have mentioned the affidavits today. I know he considered them

I would ask the DA if the urine toxicology was a ten panel drug screen, which is what is commonly used by the DOT. It would interesting to know if they actually did a comprehensive date rape panel or just a basic panel. If just a ten panel or basic rape panel then they cannot say she did not possibly have some other drug in her system that affected her.

Please, it was the Tallahasee PD and not Tampa. Here in Tampa, our police chief is a woman. I very much doubt that she would let this slide.

I think there were a number of people who didn't appreciate being accused of wanting Winston to be charged because they didn't like the fact that he chose not to come to Bama. I don't think anybody really cares if Mamacalled has a different opinion. Most just don't like the ridiculous accusation that, if they have a different opinion from Mamacalled, it's because of something as petty as Winston not wearing crimson.

Sorry, I get that and understand. I was just answering the one question in that post - "I don't know why you are defending him."

I can honestly say that I've never had sex with three other witnesses present.......we may need to contact Riz for insight on this "apparently" important part of this story.....

A second string long snapper would have been in jail a long time ago...given the facts in the report.

To pretend Winston's position and status had nothing to do with the way this was handled is just plain ignorant.

If this girl truly believes she was raped...you can bet Gloria Allred has already contacted her and is on her way.

Wow. How convenient that the first case of a peeping tom being exactly what the rapist needs to beat the case is exactly what happens!

From looking at the report... well, it doesn't make the girl or Winston look good at all. I'm not sure with all that that it was rape, but I can't imagine it wouldn't at least go to a grand jury.

I'm not sure that even if everything was consensual that I could look at Winston and not think he's a scumbag.
