I just wanted to start a fun thread to be an alternative for politics, and over the years Ive seen that a number of people here like 007 movies. So since there are 24 official movies I think there could be many different opinions on a multitude of stuff. Hope yall have fun with this

Here is mine...

1. Best Bond: Sean
latest

2. Most underrated: Timothy Dalton

3. Least favorite: Lazenby only because he was in 1, and didnt get a chance to really have a lasting impression. But OHMSS is a great Bond story for those who havent seen it

4. Best Bond Movie
: Tomorrow Never Dies (was the first one I saw and the one I watch the Most)

5. Most Underrated Movie: License To Kill

6. Worst Movie
: Die Another Day and its not even close.

7.Best Bond Girl: Jane Seymour in Live and Let Die

8. Least Favorite: Im at a tie between Denise Richards (World is Not Enough) or Halle Berry (Die another Day) for the same Reason. They both try to pump up the credibility of the character too much, but I would say Denise is probably worse because I still cant see her as a Nuclear physicist.

9. Best villain ( not counting Jaws or Blofeld): Sanchez( License to Kill)

10. Worst Villain
: Silva (Skyfall) Skyfall was an excellent film but I think they tried WAY too much with Silva.

11. Best Song: Live and Let Die by Paul McCartney

12. Worst Song: Die Another Day by Madonna

I wish I could offer more to this thread, but all I know of the Bond movies is the most recent three with Daniel Craig, which I love.

I've seen bits and pieces of others, but the genre didn't interest me until the most recent Casino Royale.

1) Best Bond - Daniel Craig, followed by Sean Connery

2) Most underrated - Roger Moore

3) Worst Bond - Timothy Dalton

4) Best Bond Movie - Skyfall

5) Most Underrated Movie - Spectre

6) Worst Movie - Die Another Day and The World Is Not Enough are tied for me.

7) Best Bond Girl - Eva Green

8) Worst Bond Girl - Halle Berry

9) Best Villian - Blofeld

10) Worst Villain - Alec Trevelyan (GoldenEye)

11) Best Song - Another Way to Die by Jack White and Alicia Keys

12) Worst Song - Die Another Day by Madonna

Yeah I was in the same boat, but I think Elektra was a better villain than all in D.A.D , and Garbage had a better song than Madonna so that was what broke the tie for me. But the Elektra-Renard crap and Denise Richards was what made me despise it.

Best villain: Francisco Scaramanga (Christopher Lee is a creepy guy)

And I actually liked George Lazenby as Bond. But Connery and Craig are the best, and Moore gets honorable mention for his earlier Bond films.

I think Casino Royale is the best of the movies. The older ones are a little too dated and campy for my taste.

But for best Miss Moneypenny, I've got to go with the one not in Bond, but with the one on Keen Eddie (why does Fox cancel so many great shows?!) It was such a great running gag.

Check out YouTube for "Miss Moneypenny on Keen Eddie". You guys will thank me, but I can't really link them here.

Generally speaking, i don't find the Connery, Lazenby, and early Moore films campy.

When I said Lazenby was my least favorite I didn't mean he wasn't a good bond. I think people didn't have much time to get used to him. I think he probably plays in the most important pre Craig bond story as far as lore. OHMSS was a very emotional driven bond movie, but its problem is it's direct sequel Diamonds are Forever. The story arc OHMSS set was pretty much passed over for a final MGM Connery Bond movie that was basically a throw away bond film. The only memorable thing about DAF is Wint and Kidd.

I think the problem with post The Spy Who Loved Me Roger Moore films is the same thing that happened to the last two pierce Brosman movies in which they found a formula that worked but tried to make a bigger and bigger story arc that was too big even for James Bond.
