Another "event" in the UK

“As they headed down the stairs, as they were running towards the people, they were shouting, ‘This is for Allah,’” he said.

No word yet on their motivation.

Right before their elections on June 8th. Wonder if that's a coincidence.

Are you suggesting that a political party in power would trigger an event to stay in power? Or worse, that both political parties would be in cahoots to consolidate said power over the people with new draconian laws that infringe on the people's freedoms?

I think that since most of the recent attacks have been uncoordinated - and groups of two, three, five.... there won't be much chatter warning of these events. There will be little opportunity to prevent it. Thus -- there is really just one way to keep it from happening.................and, no one wants to talk about that.

His advertising potential just went through the roof. If it's Guinness, he's about to be a rich man.

"Make sure Guinness is part of your bug out bag."
"Terrorist attack? No sweat, grab a Guinness to go."
"Guinness, it will keep you cool even in the most heated (fireball in the background) situations."

Didn't look like a Guinness to me, but I'm not a beer aficionado.

OMG a Burka ban. I guess the ACLU cant practice in the UK. One more thing the Brits can be thankful for.

If memory serves have there been terror attacks in the West with people wearing Burkas? At least not recently if memory serves - and no one in this attack was wearing one, so I'm not sure where this is coming from. I mean, Burkas are definitely crimes against fashion but to go so far as to put them on the books...
