Well, they ARE correct about that - up to a point. Colleges DO make multiple times what they provide for the kids in benefits (unless that kid winds up with a huge NFL contract).Agreed. So many people believe college players are being exploited, but they don't know how good they really have it.
But it's kinda like being in the military and the limitations on your freedoms, the very ones you're protecting. You know that, and you give it up.
(It's like the fact you can't be sexually active and be on a BYU sports team; if you don't like it, don't go to BYU).
These are life's realities. I'm not "happy" about them, but I'm not happy about the reality of death, either.
