Little disappointing to see this after coach saying supposedly leaders were stepping up in practice and they were having one of the best practices this year.

Well that's the ball game. I'm really worried about this team. We need another guy inside. The interior D is just really bad. The D overall is bad. I'm hoping for 12-6 in the SEC but I'm not real optimistic at this point.

I missed the first half, but if the effort then was like the first 10 minutes o the second half then leadership/effort is the issue. They'll need to grow up fast with the SEC schedule coming up.

CNO is getting thoroughly outcoached 2 games in a row by 2 very savvy guys. They have dictated pace masterfully. He has got to figure out a way to speed up pace. Games like the last 2 are a reminder he is 9 yrs removed from coaching HS. Glad Oats is our coach but he has work to do. Our defense is horribly lazy and no excuse this team should be outrebounded by terrible rebounding teams. We’ll make the tourney but have a LOT of work to do to before the NCAAT. LSU, Auburn, Tenn, Ky and Arkansas all playing better team ball than Bama heading into SEC.

Davidson played that last possession perfectly. Foul on the floor force Bama to make the bonus knowing we’re not a good free throw shooting team. Gutty effort down the stretch but not enough

We should have kept the bye. Another historic win for a mid-major team. We’re letting teams break longstanding streaks against top 10 teams.

This team beat Houston and Gonzaga, yet loses to Iona and Davidson. Two teams that don't have a prayer of getting beyond the 1st weekend of the tournament.

I don't know what to make of it except ability gets you only so far. At some point, you actually have to put it together on the court.

As I said earlier, it seems to me teams have us scouted really well and are able to force us into their style of play. We are not dictating the pace or flow of the games over the last 3 or so outings. It's become a trend.

I know we don't like doom and gloom and I'm no trying to be that. I'm just coming to terms with the reality that seems to be, which is that we are not a deep run tourney team after all.

Well I went from sunshine pumping this team to this 3 game stretch. Like I said after the Memphis game coach is young and still learning too. But this team needs to get some toughness. I don't think JQ is the answer for starting at point and maybe JD should. But goodness we need to grab rebounds and learn to play d down low. Hopefully we see some tweaks for SEC play or it could be an interesting year.
