Is the “Standard” dying and the ”Process“ dead?

As much as I hate to say it it is. If he holds on to these two coaches I believe next year could be worse I really do.

Idk. I’m just in shock that Saban has allowed this level of incompetence as a coaching staff. I fear that we probably are done as a dynasty and back to a good team in the mix discussion.

Well I kinda expect Kiffin to run us next week at this point. But I guess it’s one of those years you are like “are you serious?” . But then again I’m used to it watching our softball team.

I don't see how Saban wins another national championship unless he gets rid of both coordinators. Mediocrity does not win championships.

It really doesn’t matter if either or both are replaced because their replacements will likely be of the same pedigree.

That wasn't fun. I know some will think I'm a negative fan for this but it is starting to feel like an end of an era.

I think Saban has to blow it up and idk if he has the energy for that or not. Maybe he does and I'll be happily surprised if he makes me eat my words in the next season or 2.

I again feel terrible for these players. It's going to be really hard to get through this and they have no time to waste with a tough game against ole miss next week

Stop blaming the coaches all the time. They players just don’t make plays. They missed tackles all night long. The offense wasn’t good but gave the lead to the defense in fourth quarter 3 different times and not once did anyone make a play on defense. The offense is basically Yong and Gibbs with Brooks and Latu making a play here and there.

Well season is officially over. This is a 5-4 team masquerading as a 7-2 team. Last year was as well. Last year was a 5 loss team that got lucky in a few games. Everyone needs to possibly think of a new line of work and that goes for the head man too. If he cannot see what the rest of us see, just maybe he doesn't have it anymore.

Come on, man. This is hyperbole. Saban has a record that every other coach in college football only dreams about. I definitely think we underachieved, but do you REALLY think there's a coach out there today that's going to deliver as many national titles as CNS has? We won the national title just TWO years ago and you're ready to throw out the coach who put us there?

I think you're overreacting in your disappointment. I get it, but sleep on it. The sun will come up tomorrow and we will still have the best coach of all time.

The leaky OL has been a problem all season. I understand our OL coach is supposed to be good... but the opposing defense is usually in Bama's backfield. And it shouldn't take 3 tries to punch the ball in from the 2-yard line. Agree that Coach Saban needs to unload BoB & Golden.

You keep saying that but what talent. Just because they were ranked high in high school doesn’t mean they will be great in college. The great recruiting class they said for receivers in 2021 have been a bust. They don’t get open it doesn’t matter if the play call was bad or good and some point you just have to beat your defender and they don’t do it,

It is not a lifetime designation...

It kinda is - greatest of all time. Doesn't mean that he will always be as good as he was in his prime, but until someone else wins at least 7 championships, he is the goat.

They showed a replay eventually and it was definitely over the line. Just looked a lot closer live.
Refs did a pretty good job tonight.

If Bryce is hurt, which I think he genuinely is, then I’m on board with shutting him down and getting Simpson in there.
