I dont think the Bama admin is ready, willing and able to go back to the DuBose era...........they will probably have input from Saban himself when he leaves for the Lake. The Barn's problems are of their own doing. They had chances to hire decent coaches............they are in the red financially with coaches payouts. I dont see Bama hiring just anyone to coach the team
My point is that we have had 2 generational football coaches with us in the past half century. Let's hold on to the last one for a moment before we run him off because we may not ever have one again.
I haven't advocated running him off..............maybe some have. I think he's the best at what he does, and that includes everyone else coaching at the moment, but eventually he will decide its time to leave. I will leave that decision to him, as he's earned it .........I think he has a few more miles in the tank yet. I just want to see some changes made so that Bama gets back to the standard he established...............and I don't think the current staff is living up to that standard
