Didn’t Ewers get big NIL money before he even graduated? Maybe he graduated early, just seems like I heard about it and weather wasn’t even warm yet. Part of the reasoning I heard was that he already had 100,000 followers on social media.
It is all about the money. Money has always been around but wasn’t always the driving force, like it is now. That’s not going to change. Some will hope it comes under some control or sane rules; but because it’s money, I’m not optimistic that it will ever be anything other than “he who has the most, wins”.

He's the one who has some things going on in his life that he needs help with (mental health and other stuff), from what I read on their boards. Apparently UGA tried to help him through a lot of things. I hope he gets the help he needs if this is true.

I wish him well (unless he’s playing us) and I hope he can get his life together and become a productive citizen.

As for football, if we were desperate for talent I’d take a chance on him but we’re not so let’s pass on him.
