Well, that and the fact that he often didn’t even have a chance to throw the ball to anybody. Our offensive line regressed between Georgia and Michigan. We couldn’t handle the blitz at all.

Honestly I think we read too many of our own press clippings. The team beat Georgia and just took it for granted that they had already beat the best team in the country. I think we got in our own heads.

UMs d is pretty solid it appears. They have had this O off balance all night. First game I have seen this Phenix kid look sus. He's off his game. UM cbs are getting away with holds on ever play. And his wrs aren't making the plays. Overall a good game.

Sometimes I think that happens a lot. We had a month to prep for UM and we all saw what happened.

You know, I thought about how funny things can be. Had Michigan played Texas first and Bama found a way to get past UW, I like our chances so much better against Michigan with only a week for them to prepare. I think all the extra time was obviously a much bigger advantage for them than us.

Penix hasn't seen a defense like this all year. Would have been the same with our defense. Defense is an after thought in the PAC12 which is why Lincoln ran out there.
