Where ever there's BBQ, Bourbon & Football
Took advantage of the Saban bump, then moved on. A lot of coaches have done this over the years.

Honestly, I have never understood how often Alabama and Auburn former players end up coaching for their rival. Almost never happens between OSU and UM. You would be labeled a traitor instantly.
I guess so, but I would think if he had head coaching in his career plan taking a DC position is better for that path than what he's taken at UGA.

I've been an Alabama fan for as long as I have memories of consciousness and awareness and I've never understood this either with former players or coaches.

I still haven't forgiven 'Brother Oliver' for going to AU and he was the mastermind of the '92 Defense.

I guess you could say I tend to hold a grudge...lol

So weird for them to say "sources"
I like how it is suddenly reported as “Georgia’s Robinson” and that he is “staying with Georgia”. The dude hasn’t even packed his bags or cleaned out his office in Tuscaloosa yet!

Most coaches and players don't take that kind of stuff NEARLY as seriously as some fans.

Pat Dye played at Georgia the third of three brothers to do so, and his first coaching job was at Alabama under Bryant
