There is no excuse for tonight's performance. I don't understand what happened. Poor game planning and preparation. No adjustments. Poor overall effort from our players. With everything we had to play for, I just don't understand the poor preparation.

I'm done with JM. I'll be happy to see another QB take the reins. OTOH, I don't think TS is the answer or he would've been playing. I think we need to find a QB in the portal who can run CKD's offense.

We also need to completely revamp our OL. Pathetic blocking all night long.

I'm not excited about the IB next week.

Ty CAN run it.

He’s not being allowed to because our team is held hostage by Lank monies.

#4 is PAYING other players with LANK profits.

If he gets benched their pay goes away.

How can anyone give up on Ty Simpson when he’s never even been given a shot for off the field stuff that has nothing to do with him?

Yeah, I thought CKD was a good hire, but after a most of the season review, his apparent lack of ability to get a team ready to play every week means he's not ready for the big time.

2 of the 3 losses came due to poor QB play, and you could argue the third did as well. It's still too early to judge Coach DeBoer.

So frustrating that the path was cleared for us and we mailed it in. I'm not mad, but am very very disappointed and frustrated that this talented team was just like a boulder stuck on top of a hill.... full of potential.

That High School offense we run looks nothing like I saw at Washington last year, was Ryan Grubb really the mastermind to the whole thing?

I’ll wait til we have a QB that doesn’t melt down when the defense takes away his legs to truly answer that question.

It’s not that simple…at all. There are many factors as to why Milroe is still playing. It has nothing to do with how good or bad Ty is.

I wish I knew what all the factors are.

Just go back and read the threads after Vandy and UT, we know the issues. CKD needs to take this down to the studs rebuild. I said it before and will reiterate again Saban left him an absolute mess of a lockerroom. Saban thought NIL was going to be some kids making change doing radio commercials.

If Im CKD, Im mad as hell and Im cleaning house in the offseason.

On paper, this OL is one of the best in the country. I expect most of them will play on Sundays one day. Why are they so bad as a unit?

Our QB cannot read defenses or feel pressure, and makes the OL look bad.

No way DeBoer is fired after this season. Not happening, not even sure his seat could warm up.

However, I think there should be immense pressure to re-evaluate his staff and approach some. This teams needs more discipline and I think it's fair to question the wisdom of hiring as coordinators just who just happened to be coaching with him at Indiana.

Edit: In all fairness to him, he had to get this staff together on short notice and his original OC is currently running the 10th best NFL offense. So, let's hope he is preparing to address this issue of his own volition.

I’ll defend him a little: would you really think you’d have to do this much coaching and motivation for a team with the recent history Alabama has? You’d think a moron and two people with no appendages could run this ship, but apparently not.

It’s going to take the LANK players getting out of the program. That’s coming sooner than later.

Thats what I want to happen, and DeBoer might not be the coach but he will get his chance and once all the distractions and shadow government is gone he may excel

Doesn't matter who is calling the offense when it is so drastically handcuffed by the QB. We have a high school QB starting so we get a high school offense...

I am souring on DeBoer. Team prep and attitude is also on him.i keep getting told he is a winner, but he sure is building a habit of losing to bad teams. It’s unacceptable here. We are breaking all of the wrong records under this guy.

I’m soured specifically by not having the stones to make a QB change when there have been multiple opportunities this year.

It’s nauseating that our roster is based on things other than merit.

I think one thing is that the defenses don’t respect Milroe as a passer. Take away his legs and he folds like a cheap suit. Makes defenses job easier if they can limit his running his passing regresses.
