Actually based on their performance today I wouldn’t be surprised at all with ASU at 11 and Bama at 12 and we draw the 5 seed.

Oh crap, that's right; I didn't account for the shift. Clemson and ASU would likely take up the 4 and 12 seeds. One or both of them could still be out of the top 12 in rankings. I was beginning to lose faith that Bama was going to have a chance.

Boise State doesn’t.

Frankly, neither does Arizona State.

Alabama, Ole Miss, and South Carolina all deserve it over those teams.

Honestly, SMU just seems so tight. They’re dropping everything and Jennings looks terrible. Their bread and butter is their running game and they’ve kind of abandoned it and I don’t think they needed to this early.
