Its because they knocked her on the ground. Replay shows her on the ground getting up and throwing the flag.

Weak call by the female official. However, our coaches and players have to show better discipline. Part of it was not only one of our coaches running down the sideline and hitting her, but also one of our players coming off the bench to celebrate the sack.

Technically, as far as the player off the bench, it could have been seen as a dead ball as people we already heading to check on the injured Michigan QB.
