He is a 4th - 6th round talent at best. He is clearly hurting his draft stock right now but anyone that has paid any attention to him from the NFL knows his limitations already.
I honestly don't think he will get drafted. Someone might take a chance on him as a free agent, but I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't...

Well DeBoer has yet to have a qb of his signing actually play a down of football. So I can't/won't put too much on him right now.
I don't think CNS did a bad job. Milroe was a backup option because we wanted Drake Maye who, as we know, decided to stay at UNC and Milroe was available.
Add to that the NIL stuff and such............
Let's see what happens this season moving forward.
Don't forget about the unreal O-line problems. Which speaks to Saban's inability to get a staff.

There is another video evaluation of Milroe I can't link, as the guy curses several times. Its on the YouTube channel...Mister Truth.

He names the upside for Milroe.....he's got good frame and can be explosive.

The Downsides though:
- classic one read and run QB
- Cannot process both sides of the field
- Zero ability to throw with anticipation
- Misses wide open WR's very often
- Comically bad accuracy/ball placement
- Horrific pocket presence/movement
- Has no feel for the game
- Telegraphs runs with his eyes
- Panics in the pocket when under pressure

Final Evaluation - 0 out of 5.....Absolute Trash....Undrafted
I’m so glad this clown is not our problem anymore. I do find it hilarious that all these guys are coming out of the woodwork talking about how horrible he is. Where have you been for 3 years?
agreed - all the stuff from Crulocs post was true in Nilroe's first start when BY was hurt, and it was true the next year and hasn't ever not been true. CTR did a masterful job of working around the limitations, and even Sheridan did ok trying to make lemonade but the limits just grew based on more and more film of how to force Nilroe into bad situations.

So glad he's not on our roster any more. Seeing these evals (which so many of us are not at all surprised about), and with Nilroe knowing his stock had dropped, I'm more and more convinced that CKD basically told him that we've done everything we can for you, we appreciate you staying for the season and keeping some others around, but you're time here has come to an end and we are closing that chapter.

There was a Steelers scout last year that was perplexed why Jermaine Burton was still available in the 3rd round after seeing him at pro day and the combine. Then he suddenly realized that Simpson wasn’t the quarterback and made the point that Milroe may have cost Burton millions

Which is why Bond felt he had to leave also. Couldn't take that chance.

While we may have had some oline issues one has to wonder how much of it was the oline or they guy running the offense and trying to call protections?
I just remember the ball being centered all over the place and the line not being able to pass block OR run block consistantly. I know we can't have a Stoutland every year but as bad as Milroe was at trad QB-ing, he was asked to make something out of nothing every third play. If Seth was somehow able to center the ball effectively to TS and the line could block better, well, I sure didn't see it in the SF game.

Our problems were legion.

They’ve been gaslighting the heck out of everyone. The last two years, there was no way, NO WAY, people like Herbie couldn’t see how bad he was, yet we got pushed all this fake hype about him being a Heisman level QB, best passer, etc etc. They were making things up and they knew it, but there was a narrative that had to be pushed to hype up games and matchups and ratings via storylines.

I remember during the SECC game last year, they mentioned that Milroe was the top QB in the nation in “time with the ball in his hands” between the snap and pass attempt. They tried to play it off like a good stat, but I was screaming at the TV, “WE KNOW, IT IS KILLING US!!!” Dude held the ball longer than every other QB in America. I just want that to sink in.
