There should be a rule that the TV timeout is only 1 minute if there was a full
Timeout taken within the last four minutes of game time. These long breaks are nuts

Yeah there is no full timeout. It becomes the equivalent of 3 or 4 when a commercial comes on.

I think if we go back and look, it seems like when he gets near people he lowers his dribble. Dribbles closer to the floor. And he has less control.
