Jam Miller Appreciation Thread

  • Hi Guest, we are working on updating the site servers and software. We're also 'forcing' everyone to read and agree to our site privacy policy and terms of service. There are no significant changes to either of these but the terms page does clarify a few things that are mostly in the legalese. You can just click the checkbox for both and continue using the site as usual! We'll update you more on the site upgrades VERY soon! THANK YOU AS ALWAYS for supporting the site and being an active participant!

I have loved Jam Miller ever since he set foot at the Capstone. Never knew how much he meant to this team until he got back from injury last week. This week, dude was key. Here is to hoping Jam stays healthy the remainder of the season and keeps doing the blue collar work to get this team to the playoffs and beyond. Love you Jam!

Maybe it is me, but seems that under Nick's watch we always had 3 dudes and they were always top of their class. There was a OLine element to that also but we were unstoppable in the run game. Now, thank God for Jam and Riley behind him but who is the third back?

Different day and age in CFB. Coach Saban was able to hoard talent and have a stacked roster 3-deep at every position.

Now, if the kids aren't starting they're hitting the transfer portal. Depth is a long-lost luxury at this point...

I dig, but the game will always be based on physicality. The running game is key. You need to be able to run the ball and stop the run on defense. That is American Football.

He is not the fastest guy on the field (fast enough, though), cannot make everyone miss, but he has great vision and runs the ball extremely hard. The greatest compliment I could probably give him is that he is exactly what I would expect from RB 1 at Alabama- hardworking, hard running, and extremely physical.

He reminds me of Mark Ingram.
