Can someone explain that flag to me? How would that not be a live ball? I thought fair catch only matters if you caught it without it bouncing?

He did the fair catch as soon as the ball was kicked so he couldn’t move the ball when he got the ball.

Ty gets away with another one, trying to check down to a guy.
