Let’s get the Basque and the guy that hand kills wild boars. They would be at some level above alpha and give a boost to the culture. That is a Basque name - first and last. First name pronounced I-TOR. Do not underestimate that dude.

I'm still all in on the 6'7 defensive lineman turned OL/used to be on British national basketball team.Im all for just finding the nastiest blue collar guys and calling it a day
I'm telling you, that kid is a baller!Let’s get the Basque and the guy that hand kills wild boars. They would be at some level above alpha and give a boost to the culture.
Great idea except I bet there are some Montana State boosters with something to say about that. Those guys take their football seriously too.An idea: why not buy up the entire Montana State team? Just won a natty at their level, so their guys know how to win. Play disciplined football. Pair that entire team with our top flight skill position guys, and then the player development kicks in...Indiana isn't the biggest team in the world, not the fastest. But, they are developed, older, and now two straight seasons of pretty great football.
Current state of college football.Great idea except I bet there are some Montana State boosters with something to say about that. Those guys take their football seriously too.
I am sure there are reasons that a lot of guys couldn't work for him. Some people either didn't know him very well or have confused the fun loving College GameDay version of Saban for the one that actual existed in Tuscaloosa. It's like I told my daughter once, "Grandma ain't the same woman that raised me".

Let's go get this guy, he's got a cool name
Exactly . And regardless, that was his job..He got paid the big bucks to do just that. The fans don't have to live that way. Don't know why people wanna put themselves through that kind of misery for something that really doesn't affect their life all that much. I prefer to see things from a glass half full perspective. Regardless of how the past few days have gone, there is still a ton to be excited about future. The portal hasn't gone our way, but we continue to nail it in high school recruiting, and that's ultimately what's going to win championships. We still have 95% of last year's recruiting class, and 100% of this year's class, so regardless of what happens with the portal, we're gonna see guys emerge that many haven't heard of. Don't think we were ever going to just grand slam the portal. Just get some solid pieces that work together as a team and there's still plenty of time to do just that. It's gonna be okay, folks.Interesting. Critical? 100% correct. Negative? I wouldn't put Coach Saban in that category.
Spicoli did that at IOU. Probably a good move since those guys know what to expect with routine, culture and all. Probably a good move really.Awbarn will basically be USF 2.0 next year so we will see if that strategy is something we want to use moving forward.
