I love the passion here. But I am reminded of last off season and the first game debacle. Much can be read into speech and rhetoric but it is best to focus on production and its process. I like what I have seen so far. Just need to keep producing results in camp and proving it on the field.

Don't think Grubb is making all these decisions. What was done last year was what the staff thought was needed out of necessity IMHO. They made staff and personnel changes in the offseason to get a better situation and now they are building a team. Just a wait and see deal on what develops in...

Seems to be an intelligent group of coaches from what we are seeing and hearing. They made the personnel changes on the field and staff. They are saying the things out loud that we have been harping on forever. Now it is just about the execution in games.

I get the feeling that it is probably an adjustment. Seems to me music is a distraction from the task at hand and we certainly do not need gimmicks to attract talent. Coach knows how to win which means he knows how to adjust. I think he knows as we all do that it is time to get down to...
