News Article: Jalen Hurts ties the knot with Bry Burrows

It’s unbelievable that his pro career had far surpassed Tua’s….not saying Tua has had a bad career but he’s about one concussion shy of serious early retirement talks.

Game Thread: NCAA Tournament - National championship game - Monday, April 7, 2025

This is what seperates Golden from Oats my opinion. When the chips are down, Florida has the ability to run a half court set, and play actual defense. Our program is in the best shape in years, but without adjustments going forward I don’t ever see us winning an NC. I hope I’m wrong. Congrats...

Bama Game Thread: SEC Semis MBB Bama v Florida - 3.15 2:30p CDT ESPN

We don’t match up well with Florida. Combine that with one sided officiating, losing Nelson, and we were doomed. We can beat most teams up and down the court, but we don’t have a legit half court offense to fall back on. We struggle playing defense against teams that run legit half court sets...

Bama Game Thread: MBB Bama vs Vols - 3.1 3p CT - ESPN

Bingo. I have to admit that plays a part for me. The good news is, they are having a better season *up to this point*….it’s all about how you finish in basketball and everything other than the SEC Reg. Season title is still in front of them…

Also, no disrespect to Geno at all…but I’d say he’s at least in the bottom half of starting QB’s in the league….and truth be told he is a backup/border line starter in the NFL. Like I said that’s no disrespect to him at all…I think it’s a testament to his work ethic to hang around the league...

I think we will bounce back also. Several reasons why. Milroe is gone. Grubb is calling plays again, something that DeBoer is very comfortable with, and a terrific defense returning mostly in tact. With that said, Vegas has our total number of wins, over/under set at 8.5 for the ‘25 season...

I don’t disagree about the lucky play against AU. However, we were still locked in to play UGA for the SEC Title.

Rees got more out of him from a consistency standpoint than Sheridan did. From a turnover standpoint also. The difference between 12-2, SEC Champs, and the crap we had to endure this year is daylight and dark. I don’t know what else to say.

He does on a WR screen such as the one in the OU game. As far as I know we only called one RB screen against Mich on the final drive and Jam almost took it to the house. One more would have done it. At least in the Michigan game.

Grubb to be next OC at Bama per ESPN

For one, screen passes to the RB. Matter of fact, one more screen pass to the RB on the final drive against Michigan, we win the game…..even as bad as it had been up to that point. Instead we drop Milroe back 4 straight times and expect him to read the defense and distribute the ball in a timely...
