    I think it's pretty obvious that Sometimes Milroe was great, but sometimes he was very bad. We never knew which guy would show up. Coaches failed to note the difference. If the coaches knew about the problem and failed to address it, we had a problem with the coach. (Hurt to say that)

    My argument to the players is that they want what the Pro teams have. I think they would see this as a step towards being a Pro, and all that ensues. It's not a strong argument, but it's an argument never the less.
