With all due respect, stats are for chumps. The only stats that counted today are turnovers and score.

When you hear that Bama ran a 3 man front, technically that is true but you also saw them walk an OLB up. I don't think we will see a tremendous difference scheme-wise. I do hope it is more streamlined and simplified. Less thinking, more reacting.

I am wondering why Mike Locksley is not being discussed more. Solid coach, great recruiter, and being the first black HC at Bama would be a bombshell that would reap benefits for years to come.

This was not a spur of the moment decision. Knowing Saban, the wheels have been turning for a while behind the scene. Don't think he would leave abruptly without some sort of plan. I believe they have their man. We shall see.
