Joe Biden’s former doctor refused to answer a single question Wednesday about the ex-president’s health and cognitive decline — stunningly invoking his right against self-incrimination before slinking out of a congressional deposition.

According to Comer, O’Connor, Biden’s longtime personal physician, was asked two key questions:

• “Were you ever told to lie about the president’s health?”
• “Did you ever believe President Biden was unfit to execute his duties?”

In both instances, O’Connor took the Fifth.

You realize he took the Fifth simply because he saw where it was going and he doesn't get to pick and choose, right?

This same stunt was used by O.J. Simpson's lawyers: "Detective Fuhrman, have you ever planted evidence in a case?" There are clowns posing as American citizens who actually try to argue "that proves he planted evidence" while never mentioning he pled the Fifth to EVERYTHING once he opted to invoke it.

And something tells me some of these questions are being asked by Republican lawyers who know this.

Using this same line of reasoning, Trump IS without question on the Epstein List.

In an interview with The New York Times, Mr. Biden said that he had orally granted all the pardons and commutations issued at the end of his term, calling President Trump and other Republicans “liars” for claiming his aides had used an autopen to do so without his authorization.

“I made every decision,” Mr. Biden said in a phone interview on Thursday, asserting that he had his staff use an autopen replicating his signature on the clemency warrants because “we’re talking about a whole lot of people.”

- President can declassify documents just by thinking about it. Obviously, they can also do this with pardons.
- even if he didn't follow procedures, it's right simply because the President did it.
- it's also legal, and Biden has full immunity, Trump himself said so.

and then make a reference to the Epstein files, quoting him about sex with his daughter and the fact he's an adjudicated rapist, and be done.

I well recall the last time the Democrats had a guy in the Oval Office who tried to gut the Courts, cried about stolen elections, vilified war heros, was convicted felon/rapist, rounded up thousands of people (many innocent) with quasi-law enforcement wearing masks- who was (in short) an existential threat to American democracy. A crime family, not responsible to anyone but themselves.
