Who do you like to win in the big three games in week one? Bama rolls over FSU.

Texas at Ohio State
LSU at Clemson
Notre Dame at Miami

Who wins?

Ohio State over Texas ( I think they're just a bit better and playing at home)
Clemson over LSU (Clemson rarely loses at home and more rarely a home opener)
Notre Dame over Miami (I just don't trust Cristobal in a big game)

With Crimson Glasses firmly in place:

A loss for Texas will help us more at playoff time (considering it's human nature to think only so many SEC teams should get in). Every loss UT can get is good for us most likely.

An LSU win over Clemson will make a Bama win over LSU at home in Nov. look better. I have trouble rooting for them, but a win for Clemson over LSU with their week ACC schedule helps them build a paper tiger schedule that committee people fall in love with.

I really don't have an opinion about the other game.

I realize you can spin each of these games to our advantae or disadvantage, but I usually think along those lines when I start "rooting" for one team over another!

Imo things external to us really don't carry much weight like they use to in the 2 or 4 team playoff eras.

If we finish 10-2 or better then we are in the Field of 12.

If we are 9-3 or worse then we aren't in the field and wouldn't deserve it anyway just like last year.

External things can at best affect seeding but when a team has to win 3-4 straight games vs other Top 12 teams who knows if it even matters other than being a Home vs Road game in the early rounds.

That's my long winded way of saying I don't care about other teams and I'm not rooting for other SEC teams no matter what...lol

i will be rooting for osu (spit) for the second time ever. the other time was new year's eve 2022.

i will be pulling for targeted meteorites in the cat fight and the convicts vs catholics

I don't blindly pull for SEC teams, but I will pull for Texas and LSU. I think Texas wins and LSU loses. I think Miami gives ND their first of two losses for the year.

1. As much as I can't stand Texas, I'll have to root for them against OSU. (I believe OSU wins.)
2. As much as I can't stand LSU, I'll have to root for them against the fighting Dabo's. ( I believe Clempson wins.)
3. As much as I can't stand Miami, I'll have to root for them against Notre Dame. (Home team (Miami) wins.)

Who do I like? None of them.

Who do I think will win? Texas, Clemson, and Notre Dame.
