Wow -- it is hard to understate the impact of these changes...New eyes and new perspectives are always a positive in my opinion. The last seven words of any program or societal group (including churches): "We never did it this way before."
If it ain't broke don't fix it, but if it is broken then let's try to make it work. I'm really glad to see effort to turn the ship some. It's not in total disrepair, but the program isn't functioning as it should. These moves may help or they may not, but I appreciate that changes are being made.

This is truth…but…those who stay ahead of the curve are the ones who have safeguards in place to monitor the system at all times.
This way, the impending broken component can be identified prior to its complete breakdown…which allows for a “calculated solution” in real time…as apposed to a “reaction” to a sudden breakdown.
“Down-Time” to fix a broken component is expensive within any industry…so the most efficient response is the one which can be anticipated.

Hopefully…that’s what’s happening here

Well said...from one who specialized in helping declining churches stabilize and in some cases reverse their trajectory. Stakeholders can often be their own worst enemy.

DeBoer is making a lot of moves this offseason. Good for him!!! Again, whether he ulitmately makes it or not is yet to be determined, but by goodness I've got to give it to him, he is grinding trying to make it right.
Yup..The beat downs by Georgia & Indiana was a wakeup call for Deboer, to his credit he's trying to right the ship, I dont care who you're playing Alabama should never be mud stomped like that & literally be made too look like a patsy type team..
