Price of Gas II

I filled up last week and it was $2.49

I heard from someone yesterday it was right at $3.00 now.

Thankfully I get pretty good MPG on my Mazda3 so I’m hoping it won’t be $4.00+ when I need to fill up next.
Neither of my vehicles were bought for economy (both Land Cruisers), but for reliability and capability, therefore I don’t complain about fuel costs as no matter what I do they’re not going to be efficient… 😁

Their problem is they have to hedge what they're going to have to pay for the replacement fuel to refill the tanks...

Notice how at the start of the war, barrel prices shot up, and within hours, gas prices started shooting up. Well, also notice how barrel prices have plummeted since Trump's war is almost over comments, and hours later gas prices are...

still rising.

This is why I hate the oil industry. They jump at the chance to raise prices but take weeks or months to lower them. Yet people will defend this practice until they are blue in the face. There should be regulations requiring these nasty, greedy companies to lower prices at the same pace they raise them.

Stop using war as a reason to stick it to American drivers.

I will never believe the supply and demand argument after a few years ago when all the companies raised the price at the pump in response to crude oil prices, and then they all posted record profits for the year. That is not supply and demand. That's we don't care, and their is nothing you can do.

I paid 2.97 yesterday, around 4:30 pm, for reg at Walmart. This morning, my son went to the same Walmart, got the same reg gas, and paid 3.27. A .30 jump in 14 hours. This crap should be illegal.

Hey, Trump, where are these lower prices since the war is basically over, you ******* idiot.
