That's the thing with sliding... not so good on the pocketbook, but definitely more upside with the team prospects. Congrats to him and best of luck.

He made a smart decision to come back for an extra year. Glad he was drafted in the first round even if he may have dropped a little.

I follow Philly... The entire fan base is ecstatic that he fell to them. I had him going #9 to Dallas to be Cooper's running mate for years. Never imagined him making it all the way to #22....I thought Philly would get some stiff.

I think a lot of it had to do with his size?, but also so many guards were in this draft and a few teams had multiple picks or drafted for positional need over best available.

Philly traded Jared McCain for nothing but this pick really, so a great surprise. For me especially as a Bama fan

I think it's just you had five point guards consistently rated higher and one about his equal but a different game. Philly should have a good sixth man or one of the first three subs
