My basic question is how many to we need? How different are they? When the age of supercomputers dawned, we pooled resources and didn't feel like every Tom, Dick and Harry needed his own supercomputer. Of course, as they have shrunk, there are more but there are many essentially terminals which tap on to central supercomputers. All schools and universities in the state tap onto the supercomputer here. No one can tell me a lot of these data centers won't be out-competed and superceded. What do you do with them then?
