    Residents of Pasadena could buy tickets I believe on Dec. 5th. As for the rest of the tickets? Like most things in life, follow the money (Sponsors, VIPs, invited guests). Bowls make money from their sponsors not by selling tickets. In turn, they give their sponsors tickets.
