I was in bed most of the game. I was up at 12:30 am on Friday getting ready for a run before the heavy rains came up here. I wanted to run without getting soaked. Needless to say I was pooped by the time kickoff started. I did manage to watch the last 3 minutes of the game as my son woke me up.

I’m going to attempt a 20 mile run early in the morning, I have my route mapped out and left two small bottles of water at the 10 mile mark for me to finish on the remainder of my run. My wife and 14 year old son thinks that I’m nuts.

Hey folks. Any running tips, less than 60 days until my first marathon in Atlantic City. I’ve completed 3 half marathons and my longest run has been 16 miles three times. My last 16 mile run was the middle of last month while on vacation in DTLA to Santa Monica Pier. Pretty nice run.
