I'm with ya on this as I think I have been hearing the same low tone for years during the home game broadcasts. I've always thought it might be someone with one of those vuvuzela horns or a cheerleader using a megaphone. Whatever it is, it's annoying and once I hear it, it's tough to block it out.

I watched the ESPN Homer Cast version of the game tonight and they said that Jonah was sick, not feeling well, and the staff was putting cold towels on him. This was in the 1st quarter. Leatherwood did a heck of a job coming in after Jonah went down.

I noticed the same thing. He looked like a veteran using just one arm and allowing the rushers momentum to steer him away. I really thought it was over when Jonah Williams went down. Leatherwood stepped up like a boss. Heck, they all did.

The whole "Kings of Confetti" theme just doesn't do it for me. I went to Dick's Sporting Goods, saw those and had to pass. I posted on my FB page that if I wore one, I felt like I was either joining a Mardi Gras krewe or giving a shout out to Rip Taylor.
