Question: 2011 QB Cameron Coffman?

I have no idea how Coffman says he is down to either Arizona State or Alabama when as far as I can tell he doesn't even have a Bama offer. I also can not recall Bama every showing any serious interest in him.
The answer to Newberg's question if Bama has room for him is no.

Something weird is going on. The kid's Rivals profile actually lists a scholie offer from Nebraska, which is saying something, but he has not been offered by Mizzou and his other offers include ISU, KSU, and Wyoming. Yes, that Wyoming. What's up with this?
Premium article but it gives you a little bit of information. Apparently, Bama is recruiting him but are waiting to see if a scholly opens up before we offer him.

looks like pretty good athelete, just needs to get more comfortable in the pocket. anyone know anything about him? or our offer status?
newberg is a joke. I have hated listening to him ever since he had his show countdown to signing day.
I will speculate that Coffman would get an Alabama offer only if things go horribly wrong between now and NSD. 
He is being slowed played and he doesn't even have a conditional offer.
