West Virginia Governor Patrick Morrisey is holding a press conference at 1 p.m. ET to announce he will be pursuing legal action against the NCAA selection committee for not placing the West Virginia men’s basketball team in the NCAA Tournament. In his announcement, Morrisey referred to the NCAA as the “National Corrupt Athletic Association.”

Just like the DeSantis grandstanding because of FSU's "snub" but a suit was never actually filed, I doubt this one ever gets filed as well. It's just theater.

I tell you what, I'm glad Bama is now in a position where we are not hoping to get in but are just worried about or seeding. Sucks for WVU and their fans because I believe the only reason they are not in is because UNC is a blue blood and the committee played favorites.

more people will watch UNC than West Virginia. I seriously doubt I will watch a play-in game but UNC fans will and there are more of them than West Virginia

You are certainly capable of not only beating ST. Mary's but returning to the Final Four. And winning the entire thing.

As always....injuries factor into it probably more than any other factor.

Just have to limit turnovers, play defense, and make your shots. Signed "Captain Obvious"! ;)

Just saw that Dickie V has Duke winning the whole thing. This is my shocked face.

He has Bama losing to Duke in the Elite 8. He has the Barn losing in the Sweet 16.
 
I used to really enjoy Dickie V but about 2 decades ago or so he just started to get annoying. He was always an over-the-top announcer but at some point, it kicked up about 10 notches. Like if you had told me he passed away 15 years ago and what we hear is someone "playing the part", I'd 100% believe you. He's the only on-air person that does an impression of himself.

Just filled out my bracket.

I've got Bama over: Robert Morris, Vandy, Wisky and then Duke in the EE.

Final Four: Michigan St, Florida, Alabama, Houston

Championship game: Florida vs. Bama

NC: Bama over UF.

We figure out a way to beat them in game 3.

So you're telling me there's a chance? :D

On3 reporting Will Wade has reached an agreement to coach NCState next season.
This blows some iterations of my brackets. No way the team plays worth a crap now.
