I realize you said if he can catch and secure the ball, but as it stands, he is way too much of a liability back there in my opinion. I really thought we would see Mbakwe as a return specialist.

I read an article this morning about how the Ole Miss Sugar Bowl press conference sort of degenerated into a discussion about what's going on at LSU in terms of the staff members who are coaching Ole Miss but leaving after the playoffs to go to LSU along with questions about what players are transferring out, whether Lane was going to be at the game and so on.

Sounds like a total mess of "noise" they have to deal with.

I hope (don't think) that Ole Miss beats UGA by 30.

And then I hope Lane goes 0-24 in two years at LSU and ends up coaching D2 ball.

I wouldn’t be too shocked for OM to pull off that upset.

I hate that Lane gets a Bonus from LSU the further OM advances but that’s on LSU.

Going into the CFBP IF we don’t or couldn’t win the NC I was originally prepared to root for IU.

But after the way their fans have shown their behind the last few weeks I’d be fine with them never winning another game, getting caught breaking rules, and getting the Death Penalty.

So now IF it’s not us then I’m (to my own surprise) cheering for Pete and OM.
