Mac is going to have to seriously regress not to start next year. He is playing very well this season.

Think we're good. Hometown SoCal is a mess and frankly looks solid at QB whereas we're still gonna be loaded on offense in 2020 and our path to starting early is pretty clear (Tua will be in the draft process by the time he starts classes in January).

Agreed but nobody with his ability wants to come in with an incumbent if they can help it. Look what happened with Justin Fields. He thought he could beat the incumbent, Georgia said he could compete with the incumbent, but the staff stuck with the incumbent as most staffs will.
