So its 51 days until kickoff and I'm bored at work lol...so here are some interesting Bama facts involving the number 51...The 1951 team went 5-7 including losses to Villanova and Vanderbilt, but also a 25-7 Victory over auburn.--Our 51st bowl appearance was a 14-13 victory over Iowa State in the Independance Bowl.--We have never had an All American wear #51.--The 51st person to be named an All American for Bama was John Hannah in 1971.--#51 On the roster this year is Wilson Love and Carson Tinker.--Nick Saban was born in 1951.--Saban's 51st victory was in the 2000 season, a 28-14 victory as LSU defeated Georgia Tech.come on football season lol
