Alabama vs Aubarn Predictions!!

I played NCAA Football 06 on my Xbox last night and beat Auburn 96 to 28. So that is my prediction. (if only it were reality).

Give me a break!!!

You have got to be the most pessemistic group of people I have ever seen. Whaa this, Whaa that, Auburn will kill us cause we lost to the number 4 team in the country in OT. You people can say what you like, but the truth is that the offense looked great in the first half and the defense looked great all but one drive. Auburn has no where near the defense that either BAMA or LSU. They don't have the size of the LSU, Tenn., or even the MSU front four, which is what causes problems for our o-line, not speed but size. Auburns secondary is questionable at best, and they have been very prone to the run in recent weeks. They have a young QB who will make mistakes if put under pressure. There O-line is very good but we have the defense that can slow them down, Kenny Irons is nothing without that O-line. We have a better running back, better QB when he is upright and a much better defense. There is a reason that we are currently in the top 10 and have been in the top 5 for a good portion of the year. We are a great team and should have won Saturday but didn't get the breaks, that is football. Don't give up on this bunch yet, they may have surprise you.

BAMA -- 24
Auburn -- 10

One defensive score and 2 TD's and a field goal on O.

Auburn whipped LSU in that game but they also missed 5 FG's. I don't see them doing that again. Plus, AU is on a high while BAMA continues to slide because of offensive woe's.

I do not see the "whipping" you speak of. LSWho dropped possibly the easiest touchdown pass in the endzone to put that game away. Vaughn did miss 5 FG's, but 1 was in OT & 1 at the end of regulation to win. If the LSWho receiver catches the TD & Vaughn makes 2 FG's they still lose. That is not a "whipping," that is a dropped TD & some missed FG's. YES, AUBARN is good on offense, but we are great on D. LSU is a very good team when JR plays well, as he did Saturday. AUBARN is only as good as COX. He has played well lately, but he can be rattled & I am hoping the D can overcome any problems & pressure him into multiple turnovers.
BTW, we caused no turnovers for the first time in around 27 games. That is the key to any game. PRESSURE & CAUSE TURNOVERS, especially w/ a Freshman QB.

UA-17, 1 O TD, 1 D TD, 1 FG
AU-13, 1 TD, 2 FG's, 2 missed FG's

There is no way in hell we give up more than 17 points, our defense is too good to do that thats why if our offense gets 20 or more the game is over.

Bama- 23

Barn- 17

Brodie has a monster game against there secondary

Our receivers match up pretty well against there secondary. I believe our passing game steps up this week. Im not worried about defense, yes we will give up plays, but if our passing game steps up this is ours.

KEEP THE FAITH!!!! ;)

Bama 34
Barn 7

This just makes it perfect for a down alabama team after a loss to come in and do what they did in 2001. We can win. On campus our players believe, so why dont ya'll. If we would have beaten LSU in overtime everyone on here would be predicting alabama by atleast 7 points. Get real, someone give me a few good reasons why auburn is that much better than us. Yes the prediction may be way off, but please you guys sound like a bunch of scared little girls. And a good example of why many kids my age dont want to go to Bama( i know a few top recruits) to much unrealistic pressure. We are 9-1, one year removed from probation. Come on, Bama will come out hot and shock the world, mark my words, and if i am wrong you can call me at 678-488-5239 and i will eat my words. And if you are so damn sure that we will lose then sell your ticket to someone who will go and cheer hard, unafraid that we will win.

The comment on Auburn's secondary being as good as Alabama's is ridiculous. As a matter of fact, their secondary stinks. If not for their strong pass rush and very fast LBs they would be one of the worst in the SEC.

I think it's a 6 to 7 point game either way, that could be decided in OT again. Our defense should hold barn to under 20 points, as they've done to most everyone else this season. Just don't know if our offense can put more points on the board than AU's.

This is a 'Pick-Em' with the score 19 to 13 or maybe 17 -10.
