Well guys its time to move on, the players and coaches have moved on after the loss and we need to too. Its time for Florida and lets go with the predictions. We arent picking with our hearts in this game we are picking with what we have seen from both teams.

ALABAMA- 24

FLORIDA- 20

Im saying this because I think Shula will lean more on his receivers this week than ever before. I think we will see a big time game from JPW. Like I heard someone say earlier today on the radio we have two of the best receivers in the NATION so I think we lean heavily on them and stop the little running game Florida has and pick off a couple of passes from Leak. I see Florida scoring at least 17, maybe 20. I'll go with 17, figuring that our defense will be ready.

As for our offense, TN was able to move the ball through the air, and we are every bit as good as TN in that department. The real question, can we pass block well enough to allow Wilson to win the game for us? We will not run the ball for more than 50-60 yards, so the game is on JPW's shoulders.

My prediction:

Fl - 17

Bama - 13

All it will take is a turnover to make the difference. One key turnover and we could pull it out (or be knocked out)...

JPW performs well, but makes a few mistakes against a high quality defense.

The run game will continue to sputter.

I think Bama comes out ****ed. IF Shula makes some better decisions, we can beat Florida. If Shula continues to run Darby up the middle and play for a close win, we'll get killed. He showed killer instinct last year against Florida. If he does that this year, we can and will beat them. If he has that same wimpy attitude of trying to get close enough to get a FG when we should try to seal the deal in a way that is sure to get us a win, we'll get whipped bad. At any rate. I think he will make the proper adjustments and we'll win...

i see no hope in this game. we are moving up in level of opponents play on the road. we have no running game, a very average offensive line, young defense, not tested yet in the pass defense which chris leak will test all game long. kicking game now shakey.

If we don't change our defensive schemes a bit (i.e. put the QB on his ***** some), this could be a long game. The Gators will have a chip on their shoulders and will be looking for a big-time revenge. I hope we can withstand them, but I have my doubts now.

no the real question is, will this staff throw it more than 20 times or will they run the ball 50 times. Passing is obviously our strength. We could have lit Ark for 40 points in the air alone but we seem enamored with Darby for 2.
