Alabama vs Oklahoma game time announced

I was hoping for an afternoon game since it will be so late when the game ends here ( I live in GA).

I assume Bama will be ready for the night game like we were vs LSU. Hope the weather will be good.

How bad is OU really? I have not watched them much but know they have had injuries to WR's and they switched back to Jackson Arnold at QB.

They have a bye week, so they will be rested and probably be better at fundamentals when we play them.

Hope the refs will be fair for both teams. I thought overall, the refs in our last game were decent. Definitely don't want Autrey's crew for this game or for Auburn.

I prefer either 2:30pm or 6:30/7:00pm for our games.

I’ve never liked 11:00am games except for other teams. I associate early games with the B1G for some reason.

On a somewhat related tangent I miss watching the super late PAC-12 after dark games.

Oklahoma football has been hit with injuries as bad as any team I have ever heard of.

Oklahoma is 1-5 in the SEC with 2 blowout losses.
Their lone win was at Auburn in a game in which they were mostly outplayed.

Oklahoma leads only Kentucky in the SEC in scoring (25.1ppg) and yards per game (326.8)
Oklahoma is last in the SEC in 3rd down conversion rate (34.2%)

Oklahoma's is 12th in the SEC in scoring defense (21.9ppg) and 9th in yards allowed per game (319)
Oklahoma is 14th in the SEC in interceptions (6)

Their defense isn't terrible and at times even solid. But their QB is pretty awful and they have no WRs

I'm embarrassed to have you folks come to Norman and us playing so poorly. We changed offensive coordinator three weeks ago, and things looked marginally better, but I don't think we would be winning these games even in the Big 12. It's tough to watch Dylan Gabriel playing so well for the Ducks, but he's a good guy and deserves his success.
Maybe we can rise to the occasion and give the Tide a game. Hope springs eternal.
