Thanks, Earle! Hopefully this is just a strain or a minor pull, nothing requiring surgery. If minor, this shouldn't hold him out of any games. Let's keep our fingers crossed.Rodney has it up on the TI home page now, although it's premium and not linkable. It's also up on some other respectable sites. All indications are that it's relatively minor - certainly nothing like Barron's - but we won't know until the official announcement comes out.
I'm hearing 2-4 weeks, but, once again, I won't trust that until the official report comes out...Thanks, Earle! Hopefully this is just a strain or a minor pull, nothing requiring surgery. If minor, this shouldn't hold him out of any games. Let's keep our fingers crossed.
2-4 weeks of recovery, as in the month of August, or during the season?I'm hearing 2-4 weeks, but, once again, I won't trust that until the official report comes out...
I think starting from now, but, as I said, I'd wait for some confirmation after a thorough examination...2-4 weeks of recovery, as in the month of August, or during the season?
Thanks earle, Ive heard similar timelines but agree its best to wait til morning on these things.I think starting from now, but, as I said, I'd wait for some confirmation after a thorough examination...
Just a swag, but the short initial estimate would indicate to me that perhaps the injury is in the belly of the muscle, rather than an attachment. That would have a much richer blood supply and would heal a lot quicker than a torn attachment. In fact, in most cases, a torn attachment means surgery...Thanks earle, Ive heard similar timelines but agree its best to wait til morning on these things.
