Hey, if CNS ain't worried and already moving on to another why should we? As far as i am concerned its MM's loss not ours, and besides we want kids on our team that are not afraid of competition. Good luck to him and the rest of the dog pound, let's move on to bigger and better fish. This kid will figure out that stars does not a great corner make, but a GREAT coach like CNS does!
we landed three very good corners last year, and with Jabriel Washington and HaHa in this class we are actually pretty strong at depth and there wasnt much of a chance for a true frosh to start next year anyway. Also, should Belue make his grades he may very well be on campus next year. If they don't find another in this class they will make up for it next year. I'm not too concerned right away.
Robbie Green also comes back this year, and perry and williams should start to see playing time.
As soon as I say something the coaching staff makes a call. I stand corrected.

For some nothing helps. I firmly believe that some people completely lack the sarcasm gene.
I've always enjoyed your posts Poke. You are right on the money. Part of the fun of recruiting is guessing where a kid will commit. Don't get upset if you get it wrong. Its not a decommit.
Not really understanding why the young men are buying into this Dream Team stuff. Especially when the program is in a bad state. UGA is at best 4th in the East now and will be that way for the next few years, especially with CMR there. They fielded some great talent over the past 3 seasons and have only faltered since 08.
Either way it goes I wish MM success, he's definitely a great talent, would have rather seen him even go to LSU or another school that had the chance to actually compete instead of GA if he didn't commit to us.
I understand the in-state thing ... one could argue that JJ should have went to Oklahoma since they were further along at the time then we were BUT the difference is the HC, the coaching staff, and the talent coming in/already here. We were poised to move up ... NO ONE thinks UGA will progress at all.
UGA does have the talent, but the coaching staff - in particular CMR - just isn't going to get it done, it's obvious since a lot of the coaches on the staff are bailing.
But as they say, it is what it is - good luck to the young man.
