ATTN: Ticket Sellers & Buyers - Ticket Policy - MUST ALSO INLUCDE this info ..
Given the severe shortage of tickets to Alabama games in the last few years, Effective immediately, we are modifying our policy on ticket sales to the following:
1) The preferred method is still a ticket swap (as the forum name suggests) or face-value sales.
2) Any member may post tickets for sale at any price he/she chooses.
3) Professional scalpers should go somewhere else. We're not interested in what you have.
4) Brett Young, TideFans.com, and BamaNation Partners, LLC and other admins or moderators can not be and will not be party to any dispute regarding ticket sales on this board. Settle it yourselves.
5) Buyers and sellers are at your own risk. Understand who you are buying from / selling to before you do so. This board is provided as a public service and takes no interest in matchups or meetups.
6) Sellers agree that you understand any and all local, state, and federal laws regarding ticket sales at a profit. Failure to do so is at your own risk.

- seat location (generally i.e. - "upper deck 30 yd line, 20 rows up" is fine)
- Price of each ticket
- how you will do the exchange (via mobile, mail, in person, etc.)
